Thank you !' @LauraR143 dear laura.thank you for your lovely comment.it's really very sweet of you+means a lot to me..before I answer your question ill need to ask you one first..are you asking because you'd like to be a recording artist or is this as a hobby? I ask you this because if you're planning to do it professionally then fear is not an option.there are too my people in the world that have talent & no fear & work hard,very hard to become successful in their careers so the labels want to know 'what sets her apart'.. being talented is less than half the battle,it takes more than talent,it takes guts..if you have that+you truly understand to be a real artist you have to do it from the deepest part of your heart+nowhere else.. you also asked me how do I leave the shyness+fear behind..to be honest,it's a blend of reasons..I have been a performer,musician & songwriter before I knew my times tables. I started real young+knew it was going to be my life. fear plays no part+if you truly think you have the talent+knowledge to 'make it' then apply yourself+nothing but you can stop you. love always, Rachel Assil live@rachelassil.com
